After a challenging opening weekend where the West Kelowna Warriors (0-1-1) managed one of a possible four points on the road, they’re hoping for better success when they return home Friday for their BCHL home opener.
The Warriors face Vernon Vipers (0-2) at Royal LePage Place beginning at 7 p.m. The same two teams play again on Saturday in Vernon, beginning at 6 p.m.
Meanwhile, Penticton Vees (2-0) are back to Alberta for a second weekend a row this time facing Brooks Bandits (2-0) Friday 6 p.m. (PT) and Blackfald Bulldogs (0-2) on Saturday, beginning at 5 p.m. (PT).
